First Vino Salis Festival: Tuzla Wine Fest

The first Vino Salis Festival, also known as Tuzla Wine Fest, was held in 2018 in Tuzla. This festival brings together winemakers from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the surrounding region, providing them with an opportunity to showcase their products and connect with wine enthusiasts and industry professionals. The festival is designed to promote wine culture in the region, gathering winemakers, distributors, and wine lovers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as neighboring countries such as North Macedonia, Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia.

The festival features a rich program that includes tastings of various types of wine, educational sessions on wine production and pairing, and networking opportunities among professionals in the wine industry. Each exhibitor offers free tastings of their finest wines, and visitors can engage in conversations with them about the production process and the characteristics of the wines.

A gourmet corner opens with a rich selection of local specialties that perfectly complement the wines. Guests can sample cheeses, cured meats, olives, and other delicacies, while enjoying music as they explore the diverse flavors of wine.
