Currency in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Convertible Mark (KM) has been the national currency of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 1998. The international abbreviation for the convertible mark is BAM. The convertible mark was introduced in the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and replaced the Bosnian dinar (BAD) at the rate of 1 KM = 100 BAD. One-hundredth of a convertible mark is the convertible pfennig.
