The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using TLS encryption. Pages for web
payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL
encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication
between the user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data by using their virtual private
network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchants and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
Personal data gathering and protection statement
We are committed to providing the service of protection of our customer’s personal data in a way that we
collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our
obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give
customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide
whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user information is strictly guarded and is available only to the employees who need those
information for completing the job.
All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality

These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about products that are
offered on these pages. Tourismbih.com websites can be used for your private use without any usage fees, subject to the following terms and conditions. The merchant is Disrupt d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the merchant and makes payment via credit cards or cash on delivery.
ORDERING
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and submits the order is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Convertible Marks, including VAT. The customer additionally has the option of displaying prices in US dollars and euros. The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the Basket. The goods are considered ordered when the customer selects and confirms the payment method.
PAYMENT
Ordered products or services are paid online with one of the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
DELIVERY
We sell a variety of travel-related products from different suppliers and service providers («Suppliers»). Each supplier has its terms and condition that apply to your particular arrangements, in addition to our general terms and conditions, and you should make sure you understand them. Certain software and content found on our website, are owned or licensed by us or our suppliers, your use of which may be subject to further conditions. Our website, which is referred to throughout this Agreement, is www.tourismbih.com
Tourism BiH is acting as an intermediary or a «Booking Agent» for products and services that are not directly supplied by us. We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such suppliers in connection with such products and services.
If you make a booking through our website for Travel Products, that booking is made with the Travel Provider named on the booking page and our website only acts as a user interface. Accordingly, Tourism BiH has no responsibility for the booking or the Travel Product because TourismBiH has no involvement in creating the description of the Travel Product, in defining the price and any fees, or in providing the Travel Products that you book. If you have any issues or disputes with your booking and/or the Travel Product, you agree to address and resolve these with the Travel Provider and not with us.
COMPLAINTS
Definitions
‘Service Provider’ means the provider of a travel-related product or service on the Platform, including but not limited to: the owner of a hotel or other property, tour guides, and organisers of independent activities.
‘Booking’ means the booking of a Travel Experience on our Platform, whether you pay for it now or later.
‘Travel Experience’ means one of the travel-related products or services on the Platform.
‘Platform’ means the website/app on which you can book Travel Experiences, whether owned or managed by Tourismbih.com or by a third-party affiliate.
- All reservations made on tourismbih.com can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours before the booked date.
- If you cancel a Booking or don’t show up, any cancellation/no-show fee and any refund will depend on the Service Provider’s cancellation/no-show policy.
- If you book a Travel Experience by paying in advance (including all price components and/or a damage deposit if applicable), the Service Provider may cancel the Booking without notice if they can’t collect the balance on the date specified. If they do, any non-refundable payment you’ve made will only be refunded at their discretion. It’s your responsibility to make sure the payment goes ahead on time (that your bank, debit card or credit card details are correct, and that there’s enough money available in your account).
- If you think you’re not going to arrive on time, please contact your Service Provider and tell them when they can expect you, so they don’t cancel your Booking. If you’re late, we are not liable for the consequences (e.g. the cancellation of your Booking, or any fees the Service Provider may charge).
- As the person making the Booking, you are responsible for the actions and behaviour (in relation to the Travel Experience) of everyone in the group. You are also responsible for obtaining their permission before providing us with their personal data.

All rights of the publisher and program holder on the recorded and printed work are reserved.
The publisher is Disrupt d.o.o. The customer undertakes not to reproduce, perform, use for radio without authorization diffusion and sell the merchant’s products or any part of those products.
GENERAL
Disrupt d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will apply to the usage
tourismbih.com site. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the entered data
purchases. The services provided by the tourismbih.com online store do not include the costs you incur by using
computer equipment and services for accessing our sites. Disrupt d.o.o. is not responsible for costs
of telephone, Internet traffic or any other costs that may occur. Although Disrupt d.o.o. strives to provide the best possible service offer, Disrupt d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the services on tourismbih.com will suit your needs. Disrupt d.o.o. also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free. If an error occurs, please report it to our Contact Center or to the e-mail info@tourismbih.com so that we can eliminate it as quickly as possible.
CURRENCY CONVERSION STATEMENT
All payments will be affected in BAM currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is
converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.
