The Potkuk Necropolis was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2016. It is located in the Bitunje area, within the Berkovići municipality, in the territory of Upper Bitunje. This necropolis covers an area of 70×40 meters and contains over 200 tombstones, including two large sarcophagi with pedestals carved from a single piece, two helmeted stones, and five massive slabs measuring over 2 meters in length and width, and up to 0.3 meters in height. All other monuments are in the shape of sarcophagi. The necropolis features two main groups of tombstones: the eastern and western groups, which are situated close to each other. A total of 45 tombstones are decorated, with most of the decorations executed in shallow relief, while a few examples showcase carving techniques. Among the most commonly depicted motifs are deer, either individually or in hunting scenes.
