The necropolis with stećci in the area of Bijača was included on UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2016. It is located alongside the road from Ljubuški to Vid, near the settlement of Donja Bijača, approximately 7 kilometers south of Ljubuški. The necropolis consists of 33 stećci and is attributed to the family of princes Rupčić. The stećci are well-crafted and preserved. The most common motifs include twisted vines with trefoils, crosses, and shields with swords, while other motifs feature ribbons, arcades, representations of individual human figures, and scenes of carts and hunting. The necropolis holds special artistic value.
