The Sultan Sulejman Mosque, or the Emperor's Mosque, is located on the right bank of the Buna River, in the settlement of Blagaj, in the city of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Koski Mehmed-pasha's mosque in Mostar is located in the Old Town, on the left bank of the Neretva, between the river, Kujundžiluk Street, about 150 meters north of the Old Bridge and about 20 meters south of Mala Tepa. It has been declared a national monument of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Cathedral Church in Mostar was the cathedral of the diocese of the Zahumlje-Herzegovina Serbian Orthodox Church in the period from 1873 to 1992. It was the largest church in the Balkans until the end of the 19th century.
Karadjozbeg Mosque is the largest mosque in Herzegovina. It is located in Mostar, in street Braće Fejića. It was built in 1557-1558, according to the designs of the famous Ottoman architect Sinan.
